24 hr security and the shuttle service to Summerfest. There was always someone at the desk and didn’t have to wait to be taken care of. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable (rained like crazy Friday night and they offered towels to everyone as we got off the shuttle). Everything was very clean. Parking lot was clean and well kept.

The room was excellent, I did not expect to be so good. Very clean and big enough. The breakfast was very good too and the shuttle bus was a good surprise for me, because I did not know that the hotel had this service for free.

Bathroom amenities modern and clean. Room was large, fridge was large. Breakfast was fantastic. Good selection, plentiful. Actual chafing dishes with fresh made items; not just a wrapped Danish and coffee. Staff was friendly and engaging. Excellent customer service.

The place is clean, breakfast is delicious customer service is amazing. The shuttle driver dropped us off at the rave and made sure we got back to the hotel after our concert. We were struggling finding him after the concert and he made sure to find us and get us safely back to the hotel This is the place to go when going to Milwaukee.

The desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver even helped carry 2 boxes of books in for me. Since I had a car, I didn't use the shuttle. Breakfast was great! Staff friendly and area was clean. They really took good care of those eating. I slept like a log... comfy room and bed!!!! If I ever get back to Milwaukee, I will stay there again!!

Location was good. Close to the areas that we wanted to be in. Breakfast was hot and plenty of food right up until the end. Front desk staff was very nice and accomodating.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Our shuttle driver James was awesome too, super accommodating and entertaining. Checking in and out was also a breeze!

This is the economy hotel motel. It's not a five-star hotel but it did have upgrades in the bath and shower. Good value for what I needed. They offered a shuttle within 2 miles of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have security cameras.

The cleanliness and hospitality of this location have placed it as our go to hotel when we visit Milwaukee. The free shuttle took us down to the Public Market and picked us up within 10 minutes of our request to come back. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay that won’t break the bank.
